ORDERING

When ordering our products, please give your name, delivery address, e-mail address, postal address, and telephone number(s).

You can contact us, and we can contact you, by e-mail or telephone. Once you have made an order, you agree to check your e-mails regularly. For Cariitti Oy’s contact details, please go to Contact information.

Once you have made an order, Cariitti Oy will send you an automatic order confirmation with the details of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, our system has not registered your order. Should this happen, please immediately contact Cariitti Oy’s sales.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time, including after we have processed it. If you do not want to receive the product you ordered, please contact Cariitti Oy’s sales as soon as possible.

Products in the photographs may differ from those available, or photographs may contain products that are not part of the assembly displayed.

PRICES

Cariitti Online Shop prices include value added tax but not delivery.

PAYING

Cariitti offers the following payment options: online banking (Nordea, OP, Pop/Sp/Aktia, Tapiola, S-pankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken or Handelsbanken) or card payments (Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard).

If you pay using a Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Cariitti Oy only acts as the product and service marketer and delivers the products to the buyer. Complaints are processed by Paytrail Oyj.

For payments made using Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Paytrail Oyj acts as the seller of the product, and the transaction is concluded between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. The seller is liable for all obligations arising from the transaction. Paytrail Oyj is also the payment recipient.

Online banking

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in partnership with Finnish banks and credit institutions manages the forwarding of payments for online banking. For the user, this service does not differ from the usual online banking payments.

WARRANTY

Cariitti Oy grants a warranty of 24
months from the date of delivery to the products it manufactures or imports. In compliance with the terms of the warranty, Cariitti Oy is liable for any material or manufacturing faults, provided that it has been notified of them within two years of the date of delivery.

COMPLAINTS

Should you identify a fault in Cariitti Oy’s products or deliveries,
please immediately notify Cariitti Oy, and we agree on a procedure to rectify it.
