Shipping costs for orders are determined by the weight of the products.

DELIVERY TIMES

Due to exceptional circumstances, product delivery time is currently approximately 2 weeks from the order date, unless otherwise indicated in the product information.

DELIVERY METHODS

Itella Economy

Posti will send you a parcel receipt notice as a text message to your mobile phone when the parcel is available for collection at a Posti service point. If you choose the Economy delivery option, it is very important to have a mobile phone number available.

Posti keeps parcels for 2 weeks without charge from the date of arrival, after which the parcel is returned to sender.

Itella Express Flex

Before delivery, Posti calls the telephone number given in the order to arrange a delivery time. If Posti cannot reach the recipient by telephone, a notice is sent to the address given in the order, asking the recipient to contact Posti to arrange a delivery time.

Itella Express Business Day

Posti delivers the parcel to the address given in the order on weekdays by 14:00. If Posti cannot reach the recipient, a delivery notice is left at the address and the parcel can be collected at the recipient’s Posti service point.

Posti keeps parcels for 2 weeks without charge from the date of arrival, after which the parcel is returned to sender.

These delivery terms only apply to orders delivered to Continental Finland. If your delivery address is on Åland Islands, other islands or abroad, please contact our customer service to ensure that we are able to make the delivery, and to determine whether any additional costs will be incurred.

Product-specific special conditions regarding the geographical location of the delivery address are always given in the product information.

During delivery from Cariitti Oy to the customer, Cariitti Oy is liable for any damage to or loss of the product. During return delivery from the customer to Cariitti Oy, the customer or Suomen Posti Oy is liable for any damage to or loss of the product during delivery.
