Register Name

Cariitti Oy's Customer Register / Finland. The server is physically located in Hetzner's server room in Germany, which complies with all regulations for server rooms (including access control, etc.). The data is also backed up to another server room located in Germany.

Purpose of the Register

The register is intended for managing the customer relationship between Cariitti Oy's website and Cariitti Oy's online store, as well as tracking orders, deliveries, and customer returns.

The visitor's IP address is stored, as well as unique information obtained through cookies: visited pages, time spent on each page, clicks, filled forms, and other actions performed during the visit to the website. If a customer orders a catalog or fills out any other form on the website, the information provided by the user on the form is associated with the IP address/cookie.

Cariitti Oy uses the data generated during the customer relationship for service and product planning. Our aim is customer-centricity, and we take into account the customer's purchasing behavior and habits to improve our offerings in the online store.
